Yes. Groin pain can be related to kidney or ureteric stones, varicoceles, testicular conditions, prostatitis, infections, or referred urological pain felt in the groin area. Urgent medical evaluation is required if there is sudden and severe testicular pain, fever, blood in the urine, or nausea and vomiting.
