What does penile discharge mean?

Penile discharge can be associated with urethritis, sexually transmitted infections (STIs), or urinary tract infections. If the discharge is accompanied by a burning sensation when passing urine, redness at the tip of the penis, genital sores, or a history of unprotected sexual contact, medical evaluation for testing and treatment is required.
