'Understand Symptoms, Find Reliable Information'

When is bedwetting in children considered a problem?

Bedwetting can be a normal part of development up to a certain age. However, if it persists as the child approaches school age, or if it is accompanied by daytime urinary incontinence, constipation, urinary tract infections, painful urination, or sudden-onset bedwetting, a paediatric urology evaluation is recommended.
